Created a fun lunch for Leeland (almost 18 months old) today and it was so easy and quick to make! Peel half of a mini pita and then spread some peanut butter and jam inside. Be creative with these mini pitas and add all kinds of different fillings for your toddler (egg salad, chicken salad, tuna, etc.) Always trying to come up with quick, healthy meals for my little guy!
