| Chocolate Cupcakes w/ Fluff Icing |
What do you do with a tub of Marshmallow Fluff? I decided to make some icing to go on top of some chocolate cupcakes. This icing is very rich and sweet in flavor but easy to make. Ingredients:
1 c. butter
1 - 1 1/2 c. icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. fluff (1/2 to whole jar)
Method:
Mix all together.
