The Pie & Parfait

It's great to take a classic like Shepherd's Pie and make it your own. I actually put mashed up sweet potato on the bottom, hamburger mixed up with some beef gravy and corn, and garlic mashed potatoes to top it off! It turned out really good. What would you do to make this classic to make it your own?

For dessert, we had some strawberry yogurt parfaits with chocolate ice cream sauce topped with fresh strawberry sauce.
