Tin Foil Lemon Dill Salmon

Pieces of fresh Atlantic salmon being soaked up by lemon juice, fresh lemons, dill seasoning, and roasted garlic wrapped up in tin foil is the perfect pouch for the oven or the bbq. I really could eat salmon in any form but the family seems to enjoy it with dill and citric flavors. It only takes about 15 minutes to bake. Try it out!

Hi, the salmon looks delicious. I'll have to try it that way. I found your blog through a common interest in our profiles of Cupcake Wars. I've watched "Chopped" today, another of my favorites, and at 5:00, I'll be in the kitchen watching "Cupcake Wars" as I get dinner ready. Happy day to you from NJ, Kathy
