Butterscotch Chip Cookies

I really enjoy surprising my hubby with his 'cookie of the week' for him to take in his lunches. Today I made Butterscotch Chip cookies by using this recipe for Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies and used my PC brand mini butterscotch chips. Nothing healthy about these cookies but I'm sure they'll be a hit with the guys at his work since I am sending along a big bag of them!

Spinach Taco Salad

Chili seasoned hamburger tops this great spinach salad with blue corn tortilla chips. These are one of my favorite salads to make at home!
