Apple Crisp Pancakes topped with Granola |
The best way to start off any Saturday morning with my family is with pancakes! I just sliced up one apple and added it to a medium heated frying pan with a tablespoon of margarine/butter then added some vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and about 2 tablespoons of E.D. Smith '
No Sugar Added' Butter Syrup (to keep up with our low sugar theme). Use any pancake mix you have or do some from scratch. For the crisp topping I used my granola that I had made the other day! (Click here for the recipe for the granola:
