Apple Crisp Pancakes

Apple Crisp Pancakes topped with Granola
The best way to start off any Saturday morning with my family is with pancakes! I just sliced up one apple and added it to a medium heated frying pan with a tablespoon of margarine/butter then added some vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and about 2 tablespoons of E.D. Smith 'No Sugar Added' Butter Syrup (to keep up with our low sugar theme). Use any pancake mix you have or do some from scratch. For the crisp topping I used my granola that I had made the other day!
