Peanut 'Better' Gingersnap Cookies

Peanut Butter Gingersnap Cookies
This is a great 2 in 1 cookie recipe. It's a cross between a peanut butter cookie and a gingersnap which taste amazing together! I made a batch of these as my 'cookie of the week' for my hubby who is heading back to work for his four day shift. They're not low in sugar, but awesome in flavor! Check out the recipe here:
