What do you do with a bag of mini dark chocolate Rolos? Make cookies! I didn't need to make cookies this week for my hubby because he only had to do training and not 'work' but he loves Rolos so I thought it would be a nice surprise! Our 5 year wedding anniversary is on Friday, March 18th so I told him these were his 'anniversary cookies.' They were a great chocolate cookie which I did roll in the sugar which was optional. Since my Rolos were the mini ones they didn't fill up the whole cookie but the bigger ones would for sure. Love this yummy chocolate goodness. I also love Rolos...what could be even more insanely good than combining them in a cookie!:DDD
